Terms of Service
Last updated · 2026-05-02
Plain-language terms for using Artimic and its MCP server. By using the site you agree to these — same as any other web product.
Who operates Artimic
Artimic is built and operated by RealBrain (realbrain.cc). Paid purchases are sold by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. These terms are governed by the laws applicable at RealBrain's principal place of business, without removing any mandatory consumer protections in your own country.
The deal
Artimic's in-browser editor is free to use for humans. You can edit, export, and ship designs you make here for any purpose — personal, commercial, or anywhere in between. Optional AI generation is credit-metered; paid plans and credit packs are covered under Billing below.
What you make is yours
You retain full rights to the images and designs you create with Artimic. We claim no ownership over your work. We also don't keep copies — the editor runs in your browser.
What you can't do
- Use the service to create or distribute illegal content.
- Abuse the MCP API with high-volume automation outside the metered tier.
- Reverse-engineer non-public endpoints, scrape templates in bulk, or impersonate Artimic.
Billing, plans & refunds
Core in-browser editing is free. AI generation is credit-metered, and we offer paid plans and credit packs. These are sold and processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle, who handles payment, invoicing, and applicable taxes. Paid purchases come with a 14-day money-back guarantee and clear cancellation terms — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Agent / API tier
The MCP server is free up to a monthly call quota; high-volume or commercial automation beyond that is metered and requires an API token. We'll give clear notice before any change that affects what you pay.
As-is, no warranty
Artimic is provided "as is." Bugs happen. Browser quirks happen. We don't promise the service
will always be available, fast, or bug-free, and we aren't liable for lost work — please save
your .img files locally.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes get a notice on the home page or in the editor. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
