About Artimic
Artimic is the agent-native design file. A browser-native design suite where every layer is durable, inspectable, and editable — by you, or by an LLM via MCP.
Why we built it
Most AI image tools spit out a flat PNG. Most design tools live behind a paywall and a sign-up
wall. We wanted both fixed: prompt → editable .img file → open in the browser →
refine by hand. No flattening, no lock-in.
The motto
Free for humans, metered for agents. The editor stays free forever for the people clicking around in it. The MCP API has a metered tier so automation pays for the compute it uses — that's how we keep the human side genuinely free.
Privacy by architecture
Every pixel is processed in your browser. The site has no upload pipeline for your images. You can verify this by opening DevTools → Network and watching: zero requests when you drop a file in.
